2. Are you an assisted living facility?
No. We are not a facility and do not operate or manage any senior living communities. We are an advisory and referral service, helping families make informed decisions.
3. How long does it take to find a placement?
Placement times vary depending on availability and your loved one’s needs. On average, families find a suitable community within 1–4 weeks. We guide you through every step to make it as smooth as possible.
4. Do you only serve Boca Raton?
We proudly serve Boca Raton and surrounding South Florida communities, including the Palm Beaches and Broward Counties.
5. Can you help with specialized care needs?
Yes! We work with communities that provide a range of care levels.
6. What if my loved one doesn’t want to move?
We provide guidance and support, but the final decision rests with the client and family. Our goal is to make the transition easier and answer any questions along the way.
7. How do I get started?
You can schedule a free consultation, submit a client intake form, or call us directly. We’ll follow up to understand your needs and start the search for the best options.
8. Can I tour multiple communities?
Absolutely! We encourage touring multiple communities so you can compare options. We can schedule tours and provide guidance on what to look for at each visit.
9. Is your service safe and trustworthy?
Yes. We are committed to acting with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. Families’ trust is our top priority, and we work only with reputable, licensed senior living communities.
10. How do you make money?
Our services are completely free for families. We receive a referral fee from the senior living communities after a successful placement. This does not increase the cost to you and does not obligate you to choose any particular facility.
