While we strive to match clients with suitable facilities, Concierge Senior Living Advisors makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Availability of facilities

  • Acceptance by any community

  • Quality of care provided by third parties

  • Specific outcomes or satisfaction

  • Final decisions and contracts are made directly between the client and the chosen facility.

 

3. Referral Relationship & Compensation Disclosure

Concierge Senior Living Advisors may receive a referral fee or commission from senior living communities if a client chooses to move into a facility we recommend. This compensation does not increase the cost to the client. Our recommendations are based on client needs, preferences, and availability at the time of referral.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when using our forms or engaging our services. Concierge Senior Living Advisors is not responsible for errors or outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concierge Senior Living Advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Decisions made based on information provided

  • Actions or omissions of third-party facilities
